Our facility offers a fun and engaging environment, with social daycare throughout the day in our indoor/outdoor facility. Your dog will enjoy time in one of our three outdoor play yards with plenty of opportunities for interaction. For dogs who need special attention or aren’t as fond of socializing, we also offer one-on-one time with our staff. Our goal is to ensure your dog has the best possible experience and leaves eagerly awaiting their next visit!
Home Away From Home
Dogs enjoy a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for activity and rest throughout the day. Our experienced staff spends quality time with your dogs—giving them attention, belly rubs, and the chance to just be a dog. Boarding guests also enjoy pack walks, time in our dog park, and plenty of room to run, stretch, and explore.
Food Policy &
Pickup Information
We require all clients to bring their dog’s food in pre-portioned individual bags for each meal, ensuring their dogs have enough food without the risk of upset stomachs. Boarding dogs must be picked up before 10:00 AM Monday-Sunday.
Comfortable Boarding & Resting Facilities
Our roomy kennels feature solid-sided walls to promote a calm, quiet resting environment overnight. Dogs also get several hours of walking, running, and playing on the grass each day, ensuring they stay happy and active during their stay.
Boarding Pricing
Our boarding rate is charged by the night, and our day starts at 10:00 AM. If you pick up your dog in the afternoon, there will be an additional afternoon pickup fee — similar to a late hotel checkout fee.
Drop-Off & Pickup Times
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Interview Day
We require an interview day for all daycare, boarding, and training pups to make sure our facility is a good fit. It's similar to a free day of daycare.
Drop-off is 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and pickup is 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
What to Bring
- Food:Please bring food portioned by meal in individual bags. A $10 fee will apply if food is not pre-portioned.
- Medications:Any required medications should be brought in their original pill bottles.
- Leash:For the safety of all dogs, please bring a 4-foot leash or slip leash. We do not allow Flexi leashes on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 2 weeks or more prior to the start of the stay, your deposit will be refunded to your client account.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
Boarding Add-Ons
For the safety of all dogs, if your dog has attended any other daycares, boarding facilities, or dog parks, they must wait 30 days before coming to Pleasant Pooch.
If your dog shows any signs of illness (such as coughing, sneezing, or discharge), they must stay home for 21 days.

Vaccination Requirements for Your Dog
Safety Requirements for Your Dog
We prioritize the safety and well-being of every dog who visits. We do not allow buckle collars or retractable leashes, so please remember to remove any prongs or training collars before entering. Unfortunately, our staff cannot remove prong collars for safety reasons.
Vaccination Requirements
To ensure the safety and health of all our guests, all dogs 16 weeks of age or older must have current vaccinations for:
Rabies
Bordetella
Distemper
We also require that dogs receive the Bordetella vaccine every 12 months. We highly recommend Canine Influenza but it is not a requirement to stay with us. You or your vet can email shot records to us!
